Watercress and Soba Noodle Salad
 
Ingredients

16 ounces soba noddles, cooked
4 ounces sprouts
1/2 daikon radish, peeled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bunch watercress, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
4 tablespoons honey
juice of lime
3 tablespoons oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
sesame seeds to garnish
