Rutabaga Mash
 
Ingredients

1 large rutabaga, peeled and diced
2 sweet potatoes, diced
2 medium potatoes, diced
handful of peppercorns, mustard seed and allspice
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

Boil vegetables in water till soft, about 15 minutes. Drain, mash and add butter and milk. Season to taste. You can also use carrots or other root vegetables.
