Roasted Carrots
 
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 pound baby carrots (peeled)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano, freshly chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon honey or agave
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
