Grilled Sweet Potatoes
 
Ingredients

2 pounds of sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in thick strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Instructions

Boil or steam sweet potatoes, about 15 minutes until almost tender but still firm. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Grill on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until fork tender.
