Grilled Kale
 
Ingredients

1 bunch of kale
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of pineapple, crushed
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper chili flakes (or more to taste)
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients together except for kale. Add kale to the marinade and store in refrigerator for several hours. Grill until crisp.
