Instructions Peel the celery root and cut into 1/4 inch strips. Simmer celery root in water for about 8-10 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water, drain again and toss with lemon juice. Sit aside. Blend hazelnuts, bread crumbs, apple cider vinegar, yogurt and olive oil into a sauce. Season to taste. Pour this sauce over the celery and garnish with parsley. Can be served hot or cold. You can substitute almonds. |
