Broccoli Salad
 
Ingredients

3 cups fresh broccoli
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
green onion to garnish
salt and pepper taste

Instructions

Stir greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey and mustard together until blended. Stir in cranberries. Set aside. Chop broccoli and onion. Mix broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds and yogurt mixture together. Chill for 1 hour or overnight prior to serving. Garnish with green onion.
