Tahini  
 
Tahini is a creamy, butter made out of ground sesame seeds, with a distinctive nutty flavor. Traditional ingredient in Middle Eastern cooking and is used as the base of hummus. Rich in lecithin.

Aids in liver detoxification.

Increases mental endurance.

Contains anti-aging qualities which contribute to youthful skin.

Unhulled tahini is made from the whole sesame seed and it the most nutritionally dense type of tahini. Hulled tahini has less of a bitter taste.

Stores in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for a number of weeks.
